OK! On to a new a new day. Yesterday was tough on my stomach. A lot of nausea among some other pain and grossities I’ll spare my audience BUT….
It looks like I’m starting to engraft!! I am so excited. I woke up with my cell count above zero. 0.4 to be exact. It doesn’t sound like a big difference but they say once it starts climbing because of the Neupogen shots it really moves to a safer level quickly. So can’t wait to see the next number. Also, my platelets have doubled all on there own overnight with out the use of the blood of a person aside myself. VERY happy about that. I do not like getting blood from other people and have had to do it more than I would have liked so those days have ended it looks like.
So I’m thinking discharge is coming hopefully tomorrow but I don’t want to get my hopes up! More importantly, need to get home to the kids!
