Day 11

Hi everyone.  This is Matt, writing for Jennie.  She is having some nausea today so I am filling in.  She escaped the bone pain for most of the shots, but it came on today with a vengeance.  The pain meds are working, but leaving her feeling a little loopy – and not necessarily in a great way.  (She just told me to delete that, but that’s what happens when your blog is pirated by your husband).  Well one more day of shots and the harvest to go and then a short break.  Let’s all cross our fingers for the right amount of stem cells.  We are a little worried about the flight home for the break with the nausea, bone pain, and flu going around.  The good news – 11 days less until full recovery.  For now when we get back, probably no indoor visitors.  Can’t be too careful with the germs as we are close to phase two which is the real test (and riskier part).

  1. Awww sorry that you’re in pain Jenny but good to hear that the pain meds are working. I’m sure Matt is keeping you in good spirits (pirate and all!). Get some rest and I hope you are up for some soup (or mashed potatoes) later! You’re a trooper so I know you will have a safe trip home. Just spray everyone with Lysol…from one germaphobe to another! Haha
